In the deep of winter, Brigid dreams of the spring, sure in her belly of the turning of the cycle and the coming of new life
At this sacred time of year, we carve out space to listen to the whisperings of our earth bodies through movement, sound and ceremony, and give thanks for life’s unfolding mystery
A long weekend of nourishing practices connecting body, earth and spirit, this retreat is open to between 6 and 12 participants and will include time moving together in a beautiful indoors space and time out on the land.
The retreat is open to anyone who identifies as woman, or with the feminine. Please get in touch if you are not sure if this retreat is right for you.
Hearty vegetarian meals and shared accommodation is included. Private accommodation is available at an extra cost.
