Spring calls for a new way of rising
Rising rooted, rising aligned, rising anchored into deep earth listening
Spring offers such vitality, such beauty, so much to inspire our hearts
This weekend we'll gather online to open our bodies to the calls of spring and the song of the land through movement, dance, song and ceremony.
Rough schedule as follows:
Saturday 27th March
10am-1pm online via zoom
time in the afternoon for you to explore embodied practices in the land around your home
6pm-9pm online via zoom (with musicians tbc)
Sunday 28th March
(possible optional early morning online session)
time in the mornign for you to explore embodied practices in the land around your home
1pm-4pm online via zoom
This retreat is open to people of all ages and all genders
