Cancellations Policy

When you book to attend one of our workshops, courses, retreats, camps or deep dive programmes, we reserve a space specifically for you. If you need to cancel your booking, please see the relevant cancellation policy below. Please note that Deep Dive Programmes have their own cancellation policy, which differs from our standard booking terms.​

Workshops, Courses, Retreats, Camps

 

Up to 1 month before the start date:

* Full refund minus admin fee (£30 for days/weekends/courses - £50 for retreats/camps), or

* Full amount transferred to another workshop or course starting within 12 months

Up to 2 weeks before the start date:

* 25% refund, or

* 50% transferred to another workshop or course starting within 12 months

​

Up to 1 week before the start date:

* 25% transferred to another workshop or course starting within 12 months

​

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 1 week before a workshop, course, retreat or camp begins.

Deep Dive Programmes

 

​Up to 3 months before the start date:

* Full refund minus £250 non-refundable deposit, or 

* Full amount minus £50 admin fee transferred to the next offering of the same programme

​

Up to 1 month before the start date:

* Full refund minus £250 non-refundable deposit, or 

* Full amount minus £150 admin fee transferred to the next offering of the same programme

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 1 month before a Deep Dive Programme begins​​​​​
