Earth Rising: Embodied Truth

We are Earth Rising.  Our bodies know this and show us in their own way when we take time to slow down, listen deep and give thanks.  

After nearly two months of offering Embodied Heart movement sessions for women I am deeply moved by the power, beauty and wisdom available when we listen to body.  

This Embodied Truth Workshop kindles on the sweet wisdom of our grounded embodied hearts into the effortless vitality of African Dance through embodied movement, movement in the landscape and dance prayer:

Online embodied movement & sharing in the morning (10am - 1pm)

Time for you to open your body to be with the land in your locality in the afternoon (guidance will be given)

Online sharing and dance prayer in the late afternoon (4 - 6pm)

Open to all, numbers limited to 19

At this time of change and re-alignment, the calls of Earth and Truth are stronger than ever.  We've all been changed, brought home to ourselves in new ways, and now we are at a threshold of emergence. 

Earth Rising is a series of outdoor and online offerings at the threshold, so that our emergence is rooted in truth, guided by our hearts, and grounded in our knowing of ourselves as part of this earth and each other.
