We are Earth Rising. Our bodies know this and show us in their own way when we take time to slow down, listen deep and give thanks.
This workshop is a call towards an embodied homecoming, to a decolonisation of our beings by resting into the wisdom of our bodies which understand themselves to be part of the aliveness of life, seen and unseen. This is a taster session and part of a step-by-step journey, and at the same time, the destination is always right under our feet!
The day will look something like this:
Online embodied movement & sharing in the morning (10.30am - 1pm)
Simple practices for you to explore in the land around your home in the afternoon
Online sharing and ceremonial space in the late afternoon (4 - 5.30pm)
