Earth Rising ~ Taster Day

We are Earth Rising.  Our bodies know this and show us in their own way when we take time to slow down, listen deep and give thanks.

This workshop is a call towards an embodied homecoming, to a decolonisation of our beings by resting into the wisdom of our bodies which understand themselves to be part of the aliveness of life, seen and unseen.  This is a taster session and part of a step-by-step journey, and at the same time, the destination is always right under our feet!

The day will look something like this:

Online embodied movement & sharing in the morning (10.30am - 1pm)

Simple practices for you to explore in the land around your home in the afternoon 

Online sharing and ceremonial space in the late afternoon (4 - 5.30pm)

Open to all, numbers limited to 18

This Spring sees a new gateway opening, a new threshold upon us, meeting us in various ways and calling us into deeper relationship with ourselves, each other and the mystery of life.

Earth Rising is a series of outdoor and online offerings at the threshold, so that our emergence is rooted in truth, guided by our hearts, and grounded in our knowing of ourselves as part of this earth and each other.
