Embodied Heart ~ online movement course for women

In these strong times what keeps me grounded is my movement practice.  It keeps me here, it keeps me available, it keeps me grateful for this miraculous gift of life.

Embodied Heart is a space for you to find grounding, nourishment and delight as an embodied breathing being, part of an embodied breathing Earth.

Last year we circled and dropped, moved, shared and wept, loved and laughed and drew profound wisdom from the deep well of womanhood through the Embodied Heart sisterhood.  As winter deepens and spring calls, I'm ready to continue the journey, so more of us can tend to our bodies, our truth and the power of sisterhood.

The course will be held online via Zoom and will include time to land, a guided embodied movement session with live music, time to integrate and share any harvests from movement and optional practices to take out to the land,  your garden or your living room, in your own time.

This will be a closed group so we can weave a web of connection around us, and co-create a safe space to open and to share.  There will be an optional whatsapp group where you can share insights from working with the practices in your own time.
