Embodied Heart Sisterhood

In these strong times what keeps me grounded is my movement practice.  It keeps me here, it keeps me available, it keeps me grateful for this miraculous gift of life.

Embodied Heart is a space for you to find grounding, belonging, nourishment and delight within a circle of like-hearted women, willing to be here as we are, to listen, to trust and to share our emerging relationships with ourselves, each other and this earth.

Over the last two years we've circled and dropped, moved, shared and wept, loved and laughed and drawn profound wisdom from the deep well of womanhood through the Embodied Heart circles.  As spring opens towards summer, I'm ready to continue the journey, so more of us can tend to our bodies, our truth and the power of sisterhood.
