Foot to earth is five days of dance, movement, rhythm, song, yoga and sharing, all culminating in a traditional Zimbabwean mbira ceremony to raise up our prayers and connect us with our ancestors, the land and each other.

In these last few years we've all had our foundations rocked and our values called into account.  We don't know what will happen next.  What we know is that we are earth beings, our ancestors are holding us, our love is powerful and together we're stronger.  We are at a turning point where a new paradigm is being called through us, for which we will be the elders and the ancestors.  Now is the time to stand together, now is the time to reconnect, readjust and remember.  Now is the time to find our ground, open our hearts, tend to our joy and give thanks for the gifts.  Now is the time to listen
