Heart Song

At Heart Song, the musical collective "To the Garden" will join Denise Rowe and Allan Kerr to hold a ceremonial evening of music and song to celebrate the beginning of Spring.

“To the Garden” is a soulful collaboration of George Heartsong, Lizzie Ogle, Michael Stanton and Arjun Magee that brings together influences of folk, jazz and world music with diverse spiritual traditions into a celebration of nature, community and music of the heart.

A meeting of musical styles with roots in Europe, Africa, Latin America and India, this is an invitation to be together in a held space to journey with music, song and dance, to sing and pray together and celebrate the gift of music, friendship and community at this moment of the emerging springtime.

Instruments will include Guitar, Percussion, Keys, Accordion, Rebeca (Brazilian Violin), Kora, Mbira, Flutes and Whistles.
