Rhythmic Heart Workshop ~ Exeter
A day of movement, dance, rhythm and song to come home to ourselves as Earth Tribe

Time & Location
09 Apr, 10:00 – 22:05
Make Tank, 3-5 Paris St, Exeter EX1 2JB, UK
About the Event
Strong times call for strong hearts. When we bring our hearts together in rhythm, we affirm our solidarity, our resilience and our empowerment.
Join us as we move, drum, dance and sing to connect us to our vitality and our joy. We'll be leaning into the intelligence of rhythms from West Africa, and weaving in song medicine of the African diaspora with choir leader Fran Andre.
The plan for the day is movement and dance in the morning, and drumming and singing in the afternoon with everything coming together at the end of the day, so you are welcome to join us for the whole day or just the morning/afternoon.
No previous experience required
Please bring lunch to share and drinking water
