River Women

We are made of water.  She is pouring through our bodies, our lives, our sweet Earth.

On this day we'll gather as women to feel the river-ness of ourselves, 

Through the movement of our bodies and the sound of our voices, 

And through time spent with the magnificent river Dart.

Unwind the river of your spine and let her sound her prayers to earth, sky and river in the company of women as we meet the rising of this brand new spring

The day will look something like this:

10am - 1pm:  Morning indoors sessions in movement and voice

1pm - 2pm:  Lunch to share at the hall

2pm - 6pm:  Time out on the land at the river Dart

Denise Rowe is a creative practitioner, ceremonialist and experiential facilitator with over 20 years experience in holding safe spaces for powerful transformation.  Her passion is for the embodied remembering encoded within our beings, and she works with movement, dance, prayer and landscape as access points for this remembering.

Emily Roblyn is a singer and voice teacher who has been writing songs, and running choirs and retreats for over 20 years. Her warmth, enthusiasm and heart connection shines through all her work, and her beautiful harmony songs are favourites in choirs across the UK
