These have been strong times for all of us, these continue to be strong times. And strong times call for strong hearts.

Let rhythm be your guide, the earth your home, and tribe your companion. With our usual collaboration of drum and dance we will bring the balm of community to these strange days through these intelligent traditions from west Africa.

These sessions are for beginners/newcomers and those who would prefer to gather in a group of under 15 people
